Books on Fibromyalgia proliferate


Come on now, how many of these books listed have you read? Any? Oh, at least we can not complain about a lack of information.

Fibromyalgia: A Comprehensive Approach, by Miryam Ehrlich Williamson. Published in 1996, it was the first book on the disorder for people who have it. It is still an excellent introduction for people newly diagnosed.

  5. Everyone experiences anxiety at some time in their lives but it's worse for fibromyalgia sufferers. Anxiety disorders and their accompanying symptoms are more severe and pronounced... panic attacks are common.
